Delivery & Returns for Regency Enamel

At Regency Enamel, we are dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless, from the moment you place your order to its delivery and beyond. Please find below our comprehensive policies for delivery and returns.

International Delivery
We are pleased to ship to a wide range of international destinations. Delivery costs and estimated timelines are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s journey. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account on regencyenamel.com.

Failed or Missed Deliveries
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your parcel. If you are not available, they will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Returns Information

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your Regency Enamel piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return any full-price item in its original, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact our Customer Service team via regencyenamel.com to request a Return Authorisation and a prepaid returns label.
  2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all documentation.
  3. Attach the provided label and return the parcel via the designated courier service.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order, bespoke, or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Gift Returns
Items received as a gift can be returned for an exchange or a gift card. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at regencyenamel.com with your order details and photographs. We will promptly arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.
